Who is responsible

RLZ Trading AB (org. nr 559382-6331), Sweden, is responsible for personal data on jonatanrandin.com. Questions: contact@jonatanrandin.com.

What I collect and why

When you sign up, I store your email address, what you signed up for, and when and from which IP address you signed up and confirmed. I use it only to send the emails you asked for, based on your consent. The sign-up record is kept to show that consent was given. The email service also records whether emails are delivered and opened.

Who processes it

MailerLite (Lithuania, EU) stores the list and sends the emails. Railway hosts the site, Cloudflare delivers it, Google handles email and serves the site’s fonts. Some of these may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires. Your data is never sold.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. You can also ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, deleted or restricted, get it in a portable format, or object to its use, by emailing contact@jonatanrandin.com. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
